Yes! Items can be upgraded to a priority and shipping listing, extra charges will occur for this option.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched stating your estimated delivery date.

Yes, all items are fully insured.

CAN MY ITEM BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Items can be delivered to an alternative address, please state this when placing an order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Message me your item details and i will contact the courier and advise you of the next steps.

Please send me a message with the details and photographic evidence of your damaged item. A claim will be made with the courier.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Items can only be returned if they have arrived damaged or faulty.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ITEM?

Refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged or faulty.

Custom Orders are non-refundable.

HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY REFUND?

Refunds for damaged or faulty items will be issued within 7 workings days of receiving the item back.
