Placing An Order
Items can be purchased through my Etsy Shop or Website.
If you are purchasing through my website please send me a message with your item and billing details to enable me to send you an invoice.

Each item is listed with a full description and expected turnaround time.

Custom Made Orders
At Craftformers you can ask for your product to be custom made and designed in any colour, size or style.
The seller will work with the buyer to incorporate a specific design as long as it does not breach any copyright laws.

When your order is complete you will be sent a final product photo for approval to dispatch your item.
​
Custom Made orders are non-refundable.
Payment

Payments can be made through my ETSY SHOP or PAYPAL account only.
All orders must be paid in full before production can begin.

If you are paying by PAYPAL an invoice will be sent to your registered paypal email address for the full amount of the item + postage.

Shipping
Products will be sent through a respectable courier. The courier requires a signature and all items are insured and trackable.
​
Items will be ready to ship within the stated time frames.
​
You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched with your expected delivery date and other shipping information.

International Orders
Craftformers is a UK based company who ship internationally.
Items which are purchased and shipped internationally may be subject to their countries Custom & Import Duty Rates.

Please be aware it is the buyers responsibility to pay any custom charges that may occur.
Refunds
I am sorry but at this time Craftformers can not accept refunds or exchanges unless your item has been damaged in transit, please purchase seriously.
If the item has been damaged in transit, photographic evidence should be sent to my email address: craftformers@hotmail.com
within 14 days of receiving the item, a claim will be made against the courier and the seller will work with the buyer to come to a satisfactory outcome.
